Using the site

Chenzo Cases is free to read. It's a research and awareness project, not law enforcement, legal advice or a news wire. Information can be incomplete or out of date. Always check the linked sources and contact the investigating agency with tips.

Posting

• You're responsible for what you post. Keep it lawful, honest and kind.
• Don't name anyone as a suspect unless police or prosecutors have publicly done so.
• No harassment, threats, doxxing, hate, spam, graphic content or anything that identifies a minor.
• Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
• We can hide, edit or delete posts and block abuse at our discretion.

Submissions

When you send a submission, you confirm it's public information or yours to share. You give Chenzo Cases permission to review it and use it to research, write and publish case pages (in our own words, with credit where it's due). We may decline anything.

Content we link and host

Case summaries are our own writing. News coverage is linked, not copied. Media is hosted only when it's an official release, public domain or openly licensed, with credit. If you own something and think we got it wrong, see the content policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We work hard to be accurate, but we can't promise everything is complete or current, and we aren't liable for how the information is used.

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version.
