The story

In short: An open missing person case involving Tracy Eileen Ocasio from Ocoee, Florida, May 27, 2009. Ocoee Police Department is the investigating agency (case no. 09-017537). Tips: Ocoee Police Department, 407-905-3160.

Our summary of the public record. The small numbers show where each fact comes from. Tap one to see the source.

Tracy Ocasio, 27, spent the evening of May 26, 2009, watching an Orlando Magic game at the Florida Tap Room, a bar on Raleigh Street. Investigators said she was last seen leaving the bar at about 2:30 a.m. on May 27. She never made it home.

Her yellow 2002 Chevrolet Cobalt was found abandoned and unlocked on Franklin Street in Ocoee at about 7 p.m. that day. Her keys, wallet and phone were not with the car and have never been found. Her parents said leaving the car on a dark street was out of character for her.

Ocoee police have kept the case open for more than 17 years, and no one has been charged. DNA collected in the case has been submitted for genetic genealogy testing. Over Memorial Day weekend 2026, the department worked with a volunteer sonar team that searched Lake Apopka and used cadaver dogs on properties tied to the case; police did not say whether anything was found.
